Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are awkwardly caught on jumbotron at Lakers game

It was a royally awkward night of basketball.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were shown on the jumbotron at a Los Angeles Lakers game Monday night — and the result was nothing short of uncomfortable.

The Duke and Duchess of SusSєx were sitting in the crowd at the Crypto Arena when a cameraperson zoomed in on their date night.

Although it was technically not a kiss-cam feature, the couple appeared jittery at the prospect.

Markle, 41, awkwardly waved while Harry, 38, smirked tensely. The prince leaned in toward his wife and appeared to say something, which caused her to cheerfully laugh and touch his arm.

He eventually turned away and grimaced jokingly before the camera panned away.

The royals, who were taking their Archewell staff out for the night, were also pH๏τographed cuddled up throughout the playoff game against the Memphis Grizzlies.

The “Suits” alum rocked a pink Sarah Staudinger suit jacket and matching shorts, while her husband sported a white tee under his own jacket.

The pair appeared uncomfortable when they noticed the camera focusing on them.

While the pair’s children — Archie, 3, and Lilibet, 1 — were not in attendance, other A-listers were in the audience.

Not only were Adam Sandler and Kris Jenner at the match, but Kim Kardashian brought her 7-year-old son, Saint, in a jersey honoring Khloé Kardashian’s ex Tristan Thompson.

Harry and Markle’s outing marked her first outing since confirmation that she will not attend King Charles III’s coronation next month.

“Buckingham Palace is pleased to confirm that the Duke of SusSєx will attend the coronation service at Westminster Abbey on May 6,” a palace spokesperson explained earlier this month.

The statement continued, “The Duchess of SusSєx will remain in California with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.”

When they weren’t on camera, the duo cheered from their seats.

Despite Harry accepting the invitation, late Princess Diana’s former butler Paul Burrell believes the prince “will not see” his father and his brother, Prince William.

Burrell told the US Sun on Saturday that Harry will likely receive “a very icy reception” from the royal family members.

“He is coming to put his foot in the door and he is coming because his father wants him to be there,” the royal expert went on to tell GB News, predicting that Harry will not “hang around.”

The former actress stunned in a pink suit jacket and matching shorts.

The duke moved from the United Kingdom to California in 2020, the same year he and Markle stepped back from their senior duties as royal family members.

The couple made their exit official in February of the following year and have since rehashed their negative experiences in a Netflix docuseries, a bombshell memoir and numerous interviews.

Their son, Archie, and their daughter, Lilibet, were not in attendance.
