Shakira Looks So Strong Accepting Award

Shakira has had quite a few months. Her marriage dissolved (after some quality detective work on her part, allegedly). She was spotted blasting her latest hit while facing her mother-in-law’s home.

But through it all, the pop star has stayed physically and emotionally strong. She showed her fans just how great she looked at the 2023 Billboard Mujeres Latinas she accepted an award. The 46-year-old famously has hips that do not lie. But by the looks of it, her legs aren’t spreading any rumors either. She looks seriously toned!

Shakira rocked a black bodycon dress with a slit, showing off even more of her super strong legs. She smiled as she accepted an award on the stage. And looked gorgeous as ever doing it.

If you’re wondering how the singer stays so strong, Women’s Health has answers. She’s definitely not missing leg day, that’s for sure. But her favorite workout routine is a signature dance interval class with her trainer Anna Kaiser

Shakira is really focused on consistency with her workouts—the strength, the cardio, the stamina, the power, the flexibility, everything,” Kaiser shared with Vogue. Kaiser said the 90 minute dance interval workout combines cardio, strength, and vinyasa flows. Shakira does this workout about 6 times per week.

And, to make sure she’s getting the maximum results, Shakira wears a heart monitor during her workouts, her trainer told E! News. Kaiser said it keeps the singer “the most focused.”

When it comes to fueling her body, Shakira makes sure she eats lots of vegetables and protein. Her breakfast is often eggs, or avocado, with tomato, olive oil, and salt, her trainer told E! News. And to make sure she gets all her nutrients, she combines that with a green smoothie, with plant protein, berries, and greens, Kaiser told the outlet.
