Kendall Jenner reveals recent anxiety struggles after opening up on mental health and panic attacks

The model has been candid about her struggles with anxiety and her mental health in the past, and shared some tips for her fans.

Sharing a video of a relaxing water feature, she wrote on Instagram: ‘Happy monday y’all!

‘My anxiety (especially social anxiety) has been on 100 lately. i’ve come to a place where i don’t feel bad about it. i love my space and my alone time. i am finding ways to help me start my day off with a calmer, more positive mindset. that being said, I wanted to just spread some good vibes ☺️

Kendall, 26, previously revealed she suffers from panic attacks, opening up on her mental health.

She revealed that she first started to experience panic attacks a few years ago, which would wake her up in the night.

Speaking in a clip for her Vogue series on mental health, Kendall revealed: ‘Two or three years ago I genuinely started having very, very bad panic attacks.

‘I was having frights in the middle of my sleep, literally what felt like heart palpitations. I couldn’t breathe. I was pretty bad.’

She previously explained on Good Morning America that her mum, Kris Jenner, ‘took me to a bunch of doctors just to make sure it was all OK physically, and I was.’
