Miley Cyrus Fans Investigate “Cult” Called Modern Mystery School After Claims Of Singer’s “Involvement” Surface Online
A popular thread on Twitter brought up many questions about singer Miley Cyrus and her potential involvement in a “cult.”
After the theory was debunked, many online have been investigating The Modern Mystery School, a man named Gudni Gudnanson, and its members.
This all started when someone on Twitter made theories about the singer being involved with healers that was later picked up on TikTok.
For context, claimed that the “Flowers” singer had abandoned her career shortly after her recent album to work with healers. The “cult” leader, Gudni Gudnanson, believes he is a descendant of the God Thor, and practices the mission the group has been working towards for over 3,000 years.

According to the site, the school is an “international organization that trains and certifies healing practitioners and teachers in the tradition of the lineage of King Salomon.”
In the thread, the user claims Miley Cyrus joined the cult due to two of her close friends Lily Ashwell and “BLU.” According to the user, when an article came up about the cult being exposed back in 2021 on Vice, both names were allegedly removed from the site.
The user claims the trio met back in February of 2023 shortly after the former Hannah Montana star released her smash hit ‘Fowers’. Some users have been upset that there has not been much promotion on the album aside from a Disney special, which some are allegedly blaming to the cult.
Some fans believe that after Miley allegedly joined this cult, her Instagram captions were AI generated, with others claiming an intern was running the account. Miley’s sister Brandi went on to discuss how some fans were ‘disappointed’ after the album release.
