Britney Spears busts a move in VERY low-cut red dress during night out in Cabo San Lucas – as she ends marriage to Sam Asghari
She is divorcing her husband Sam Asghari after just over one year of marriage.
But Britney Spears set her worries to the set as she traveled to Mexico over the weekend. The pop star, 41, was spotted dancing at the bar Baja Diablo in Cabo San Lucas with a bodyguard and her female friend on Sunday night.
Britney, standing on the outskirts of the venue with her crew, was hard to miss in a plunging bright red dress, white frame sunglᴀsses, and hair piled up into a messy bun.
She teamed the look with knee-high boots and a choker necklace. She bust a move beside her friend and bodyguard, who stood watch while taking a phone call.
After taking a breather along the perimeter of the restaurant, the trio changed locations and moved towards the bar. Britney continued chatting with her travel companions and overall seemed to be in high spirits amid her split.
After just over a year of marriage, Sam filed for divorce from Britney last month. The former couple initially met when he appeared in Britney’s music video for her track Slumber Party in 2016.
The singer was previously married to Jason Allen Alexander for a brief period in 2004, and the Toxic singer moved on with Kevin Federline, with whom she tied the knot in 2005.
Spears and her second husband went on to welcome sons Sean and Jayden, 17 and 16, although they ultimately divorced in 2007.
She eventually began dating Asghari, and the pair held a star-studded wedding ceremony in June of last year.
The pair had been planning to welcome a child prior to the start of their marriage, but the singer suffered a tragic miscarriage last May.
Asghari and Spears remained together for just over a year before they announced that they had separated last month.
A source revealed to NBC News and that Sam had moved out of their shared home and had begun residing elsewhere.
The actor’s manager, Brandon Cohen, later publicly stated that his client would not challenge his prenuptial agreement.
Asghari also shared a statement of his own on his Instagram account to express his feelings about the split.
In the note, the performer remarked that he, as well as his estranged wife, ‘will hold onto the love and respect we have for each other’ and expressed that he would ‘wish [Spears] the best always.’
Although he remained tight-lipped regarding the finer details of his split, the actor said of the end of his relationship: ‘S*** happens.’
