The 2021 Love Island winners split in July last year and have recently enjoyed a romantic cruise around the Mediterranean together.
Millie has been enjoying some down time for the past week in the Caribbean and has kept her 1.9M fans on Instagram well in the loop of her trip.

The bronzed beauty looked incredible as she showcased her toned tummy in the matching beach cover-up and wore Louis Vuitton sliders.
