Kanye West proves Drake feud is behind him as he praises fellow rapper for liking his post hitting out at Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey: ‘It really warmed my heart’
Kanye West has made plenty of new enemies this week but has praised a former one as he has continued his social media spree.
The 45-year-old artist said that it warmed his heart to see that former rival Drake had liked his post hitting out at Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey.
He shared a screensH๏τ of his previous post with the 35-year-old Canadian rapper’s Instagram username circled along with the caption: ‘EVERYONE KNOWS ME AND DRAKE HAVE HAD A RIVALRY IN THE PAST
He was referring to his Donda Academy basketball team and Drake’s rec league basketball team.’
The two rappers had a dramatic several year beef which included a war of words via lyrics including Drake making multiple references in his lyrics to Kanye’s now ex Kim Kardashian.
On Wednesday, Drake showed his support for his former rival as he liked the post from Kanye in which he trolled Hailey Bieber, 25, after she defended Vogue contributing editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson for criticizing his White Lives Matter shirts.
West spoke directly to the Baby hitmaker, 28, writing: ‘Justin get your girl before I get mad’ in a post that also trolled singer John Legend and the Vogue editor.
He also shared a screensH๏τ of an E! News article discussing Bieber’s support for Karefa-Johnson with the caption ‘Wait Am I canceled again??? Justin please let me know.’
Ye started out the lengthy text, post which referred to his surprise Yeezy fashion show in Paris on Monday, writing, ‘I wanna just let everybody know there was also some fashion this week also.’
‘There was a major thing called fashion week which really last a month and there were some very well done crazy overpriced clothes being shown.’
