North West has now become her mother’s fashion Mini Me in the most literal sense. Kim Kardashian and her oldest daughter wore matching Chanel to Kourtney Kardashian’s baby shower—and what better way to celebrate new motherhood than a little mother-daughter twinning moment?
Kim posted pictures of the chic mommy-and-me looks to her Instagram Stories, per InStyle. Kim wears a cropped neon yellow ʙuттon-up Chanel sweater, while daughter North wears the same style in a neon orange. Both paired the highlighter tops with leather miniskirts and high half-pony hair. While Kim opted for black ankle-strap platform sandals, her daughter mixed it up with a pair of black leather platform boots. A mother-daughter slay.
Kim Kardashian has been bringing her 10-year-old daughter into her fashion world for a while now—though not usually quite this exactly. When Kardashian took North to Paris fashion week in 2022, the pair’s looks were not replicas of each other, but they definitely coordinated their goth-inspired black looks, per E! News.
For the 2023 Met Gala, which was Karl Lagerfeld themed, North West coordinated with her mom’s daring pearls by wearing a few pearl necklaces herself, as well as a classic cream-colored Chanel bouclé jacket. They matched vibes again at the Fashion Los Angeles Awards in April, with North in sleek black suiting that coordinated with her mom’s more feminine gray look.
