Kardashian fans rip ‘out-of-touch’ Kendall Jenner after star’s ‘delusional’ claim about her modeling career

KENDALL Jenner has been slammed for making “out-of-touch” comments about her modeling career.

The reality star, 26, was branded “delusional” for claiming her background in reality TV made it “harder” for her to succeed in the fashion industry.

Kendall started modeling as a teenager and was named the highest-paid model in the world in 2018 with earnings of $22.5million by Forbes.

She regularly walks the runway at fashion shows around the world and has starred in numerous campaigns over the years.

In a resurfaced video from the KUWTK reunion last year, she hit back at critics who accused her of not “paying her dues” to become successful.

“Everyone around me, whether it’s friends or family, knows how hard I worked and still work,” Kendall said.

“I did everything that I was supposed to do and had to do to get to the position that I’m at now as a model.”

“I went to every single casting and ran all over not only New York City but all over Europe trying to get a job and make my way.”

The Kardashians star added: “Of course I had a platform, and I never took that for granted.

“I always knew that that was there, but that almost made my job a little bit harder. Only because people probably didn’t want to hire me because I was on a reality TV show.”
