Kendall also took to her Instagram Stories to express outrage after a recent viral video showed a carriage horse collapsed in the middle of the street in New York on Wednesday.

In the heartbreaking video police officers were seen hosing the animal down and attempting to cool it off with ice from nearby restaurants while onlookers watched in horror from the sidewalk.
