KIM Kardashian has sparked concern from fans after she was spotted leaving an A-list star’s Beverly Hills birthday bash.
The Hulu star was seen outside Leonardo DiCaprio’s 49th birthday party over the weekend but some seemed to think she should be at home with her kids.
Kim, 43, was pH๏τographed in the back of an SUV wearing a Sєxy all-black ensemble as she left the celebration. She attempted to cover her face with her hand but it was still clear that she was all dolled up for the party.
The Kardashians star had on a black dress with thin straps that reached up toward her neck. She covered up with a leather-look black jacket, which was down around her forearms as she sat in the car.
Kim had on a necklace and wore her long dark hair down in a curly style. She was sporting a full face of glam for the party, which she appeared to attend on her own.
It’s unclear where Kim’s children – North, 10; Saint, seven; Chicago, five; and Psalm, four – were. She shares all four kids with her ex-husband Kanye West.

While she often shares footage of family moments on social media, Kim has been increasingly busy with other engagements as of late. Also over the weekend, she stepped out for the Baby2Baby Gala.
She donned a Sєxy skintight dress that hugged her body and revealed her curves. Kim was pH๏τographed on the blue carpet at the event, donning a black floral-print floor-length dress that covered her feet but highlighted her curvy hips and chest.
Beneath the reality star’s long-sleeve mock-neck gown she wore a ɴuᴅᴇ-colored dress that kept her bare skin from showing through the sheer lace.
She also had a black leather belt tied around her waist, accentuating just how tiny and thin she’s gotten. Kim’s hair was styled in her signature middle part and she was sporting full glam, which included a brown smokey eye and ɴuᴅᴇ lip.
SWITCHING THINGS UP
The TV personality has been ignoring comments about her party habits and her thinning frame. Amid the chatter, she changed her look drastically to promote new pieces from Skims.
The reality star looked completely unrecognizable in the pH๏τos, rocking honey-blonde hair and no brows. She had a face full of makeup that was a stark contrast to her usual look.
Kim donned various Skims pieces, including a skintight red onesie that hugged her body. She paired the piece with red and black snow boots.
In another slide, the SKKN founder rocked a black off-the-shoulder dress with her hair pulled back into a ponytail. Later videos posted on her feed featured Kim in a white fleece two-piece outfit and satin pale blue loungewear ensemble.
While she intentionally altered her appearance in that post, Kim has been ignoring other rumors surrounding potential alterations she’s made.
It’s been reported that she may have secretly gone under the knife as fans have noted major changes to her look. Recently fans speculated that her nose looked swollen, suggesting that she had potentially gotten work done on her face.
