Kim Kardashian Is Done with ‘Old’ Diamond Earring Joke: ‘Guys, the Earring Has Been Found’

The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashains’ alum has heard enough diamond earring references.

Kim Kardashian is over the diamond earring comments!

On Tuesday, GQ shared a video of the SKIMS founder, 43, going undercover online to clear up rumors for an “Actually Me” segment on their YouTube channel.

As the reality star replied to fans’ burning questions, she came across one person who commented on a clip of her wakeboarding. “Did you find your earring while you [were] at it?” they asked, referencing an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

“Ugh, this gets so old,” she quipped.  “Any time I’m in water, people will ask me if I found my diamond earring in the ocean,” Kim continued.

“I don’t know if I showed this on our show, but Kylie [Jenner] found the earring. So, she dove in the ocean, put on goggles, found it, and then she went back and found the back of it. That’s how clear the water is in Bora Bora, so, guys, the earring has been found.”

Kim advised viewers against attempting to find the jewel, adding that she got it back over a decade ago.

“It was found in 2010. If anyone’s going to Bora Bora searching for gold and diamonds, [it’s] not there,” she said before moving on.

The fan inquiry referred to a 2011 episode of KUWTK when the entrepreneur was vacationing with her family and her then-boyfriend Kris Humphries.

As the group enjoyed time in French Polynesia, the former NBA star, 38, playfully tossed Kim into the water. Once she realized her diamond earring had fallen out during the rough-housing, her mood quickly changed.

“My earring’s gone!” she said, panicking, in the season 6 episode. “F—! Oh my God, I’m gonna cry. My diamond earring!”

Humphries jumped in to ᴀssist with the search, but that didn’t bring any solace to the television personality. “We’re not gonna find it in the ocean!” Kim said hysterically.

She got out of the water and headed back to her room in tears. Concerned, Kourtney Kardashian asked what was wrong — and then, upon finding out, reality TV gold was made.

“Kim, there’s people that are dying,” Kourtney said, putting the situation into perspective. Soon after, the episode did show her two youngest sisters bringing her the diamond earring back.

It’s not likely that fans will ever spot Kim crying over bling again, though. After the mogul was robbed at gunpoint in a Paris H๏τel in 2016, she vowed to never keep expensive jewelry in her home moving forward.

“After I was robbed in Paris, I haven’t bought jewelry,” she admitted in a June episode of The Kardashians. “I haven’t really been about wearing jewelry, because when it was taken from me — I didn’t know I was ready for that experience of what that meant but I was — I was ready to give it up.”
