Megan Fox had ectopic pregnancy years before ‘tragic’ miscarriage with Machine Gun Kelly

Megan Fox’s miscarriage with Machine Gun Kelly was not her first pregnancy loss.

The “Jennifer’s Body” star revealed in a WWD interview published Wednesday that she “had an ectopic pregnancy … when [she] was younger.”

Fox, 37, noted, “I’ve had other things that I’m not going to say because God forbid the world will be in an uproar.”

But while the “New Girl” alum had battled “similar issues” before, she struggled to understand why her most recent loss was “so difficult” and “much harder” to process.

Eventually, Fox realized she had not experienced a miscarriage with “someone who [she] was so in love with.”

She explained, “That love element really made this miscarriage really tragic for me and left me with a lot of grief and a lot of suffering.”

MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker, first appeared to reveal the miscarriage when he performed “Twin Flame” at the Billboard Music Awards last year and dedicated the track to his “unborn child.”

As a heartbeat played in the background, the Grammy nominee, 33, sang, “Go to sleep / I’ll see you in my dreams / This changes everything / Now I have to set you free.”

He and Fox did not confirm the miscarriage until the model wrote about it in her poetry collection, “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous,” which hit shelves earlier this month.

“There is an ultrasound by your side of the bed, 10 weeks and 1 day … do you think that if she could have, she would have left a suicide note?” Fox wrote in part.

“But now I have to say goodbye. I close my eyes and imagine holding you tight against my chest as they rip you from my insides. I will pay any price, tell me please, what is the ransom for her soul?”

The book’s final page featured an illustration depicting a woman holding a baby.

Fox and MGK are already parents, with the musician sharing a 14-year-old daughter named Casie with his ex-girlfriend Emma Cannon.

The “Confessions for a Teenage Drama Queen” star, for her part, co-parents Noah, 11, Bodhi, 9, and Journey, 7, with her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green.

Fox started dating Kelly in 2020. He got down on one knee two years later, only for the duo to spark breakup rumors the following year. They have since reconciled.
