Shakira’s lawyer: If she had fallen in love with Sergio Ramos, it would have cost her much less money

Shakira will have to pay more than 7.64 million dollars to the Spanish treasury after an agreement she has signed with the Prosecutor’s Office prompting her lawyer to jibe about Pique’s old “El Clasico” rival

The Colombian musician had been accused by the Prosecutor’s Office of worth almost 16.3 million dollars between 2012 and 2014 in part of her long-term relationship with the former Barcelona player.

The lawyer of the Colombian has made calculations and has stated that counting fines and taxes to the total of $130m, a figure that would be much lower if she had resided in Madrid as some of the crimes she was accused of do not exist in the capital.

“If she had fallen in love with Sergio Ramos and not with Pique,” Molins jibed to Rac1, “It would have cost her much less money. Out of six crimes, three could not have been imputed to him [Pique].

“So much so that they fill their mouths with the equality of the Spanish. If you are a resident in Catalonia you can go to prison for a crime that is impossible, with the same conduct, in Madrid, for example, because there is no wealth tax.”

Fans love Ramos’ cheeky snap with Shakira
One of the most iconic rivalries in the matches between Real Madrid and Barcelona is the defensive battles between Ramos and Pique, who played centerback for their respective clubs for over 10 years each.

But at the Latin Grammys it was Ramos who shared a hilarious moment with viewers as he presented Shakira with an award before grabbing a post-ceremony pH๏τo of the pair together.

Other comments included, “He owns pique on and off the pitch”, “pique crying rn”, “As always, Ramos>”, and “Funny because he was handing her an award for the Pique diss track song she made”.
