Miley Cyrus Had The Highest-Earning Spotify Track In 2023

Miley Cyrus has emerged to have had the highest-earning song on Spotify in 2023, according a report carried out by Best Casino Sites.

Following the launch of this year’s ‘Spotify Wrapped’, Miley Cyrus’ track ‘Flowers’, which featured on the singer’s ‘Endless Summer Vacation’ album earlier this year, was the highest earning song on the platform this year.

‘Flowers’ became the fastest song to surpᴀss one billion streams on the platform. The track stands at 1.6 billion streams on Spotify at the time of writing. This means that Cyrus has reportedly earned £5,529,699 from royalties on this track alone.

SZA’s track ‘Kill Bill’ came in at second place in the chart, earning approximately £5,1010,002. This song was also streamed 1.4 billion times at the time of writing.

Despite being released in April 2022, Harry Styles’ ‘As It Was’, is third on this list, earning the former One Direction singer £9,778,269 in royalties, and 2.8 billion streams.

Miley Cyrus was also one of the artists to have delivered some of the most popular tracks of this year to be streamed via Spotify, alongside SZA and Dave, while Drake, The Weeknd, Taylor Swift, and Arctic Monkeys remain some of the UK’s most popular artists, according to the site.
