Kanye West has been ditching the footwear recently, with fans convinced he’s sending a secret message with his fashion choices.

The 46-year-old rapper is currently enjoying an Italian getaway with his new wife Bianca Censori and the pair have been grabbing headlines with their bold clothes. While 28-year-old Bianca has been turning heads in her ɴuᴅᴇ-illusion bodysuits, Kanye has also been causing a stir after deciding to walk around barefoot.

Kanye, legally known as Ye, first stopped wearing shoes back in January. At the time, he was snapped walking around in a pair of Sand Socks.

He’s since gone one step further and opted to go without the socks. Fans believe he’s trying to send a message to Adidas after the company cut ties with the musician.

Ye’s sickening comments included hatred towards Jewish people and George Floyd, who was killed by former police officer Derek Chauvin in May 2020. GAP and Balenciaga also cut ties with the rapper following the controversy.

Taking to Reddit, fans have been speculating that Kanye is trying to annoy Adidas following the collapse of their partnership. One person even suggested he was managing to “hurt” the famous shoe brand.
