Country star Luke Bryan has revealed that show-runners of “American Idol” has talked to a few prominent personalities to take on the role of judge of American Idol, as per a report on Deadline.

While talking to Billboard, Luke Bryan has taken names such as Miley Cyrus, Meghan Trainor, and Pink.

Bryan, however, has claimed that Disney has not divulged too many details as of now regarding who will be judges for the American Idol’s next season.

Meanwhile, American singer-songwriter Meghan Trainor said that she wanted to join singing reality show American Idol as a judge, reported People. During her appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, she described it as her “dream job”.

Katy Perry has announced that she would release “Woman’s World”, the first single from her upcoming sixth album on July 11. In an Instagram post, the singer said the music video of the track will drop a day later, on July 12.

This is her first musical project after she quit the reality singing show “American Idol” season 22 as a judge. Perry’s last studio album was the 12-track “Smile”, which released back in 2020. She is yet to announce the тιтle of the sixth studio album.
