HOLY ABS! Jennifer Aniston, 54, leaves fans drooling as star shows off her toned abs in leggings and sports bra for new video

JENNIFER Aniston has shown off her toned abs in a new video.

The TV star recently got involved with the fitness company, Pvolve as she joined the brand earlier this year. On the website, members can purchase equipment and apparel and watch exclusive workout videos to help with their own fitness goals.

In a new video posted on the company’s Instagram, Jen and Rachel came together for a pH๏τoshoot in activewear. Rachel wore an all-black ensemble including a small sports bra, matching leggings, and white sneakers.

Meanwhile, the Friends star had half her dirty blond hair in a bun while the rest rested on her chest. Jen, 54, stunned fans in a teeny tiny sports bra and high-waisted brown leggings.

Her midsection was on full display as she showed off her toned abs while smiling and hugging her business partner with Pvolve workout equipment.

‘SHE LOOKS GREAT!’

In the post’s caption, fans could watch Jen’s workout routine. ” Fans flooded the comment section to praise Jen. One wrote: “Aww we just LOVE this partnership with ALL our heart!!!”

“Jen looks great,” exclaimed a second. A third said: “Two queens.” “Body goals,” admitted a fourth.

HEARTFELT GOODBYE

Away from her professional life, Jen got very personal in an emotional tribute to her friend, Matthew Perry, who died on October 28. On November 15, Jen broke her silence about losing her friend.

She first shared a pH๏τo from the Friends set – which was a text message exchange between the two, and a scene from the 90s comedy series.

The black and white picture showed both Jen and Matthew seated while on set and reading lines with one another. The late actor smiled, seemingly mid-joke, while Jen burst into full-blown laughter.

The second slide showed a text exchange between the two Friends co-stars. It included the black and white image that Matthew had sent to Jen with a message that read: “Making you laugh just made my day. It made my day,” with a smiley face.

The Just Go With It actress had replied: “Awww the first of THOUSANDS of times,” with a red heart, laughing, and star-eyed emojis.

According to the exchange, it seemed to have been the pair’s first funny interaction while on set. Finally, Jennifer added a scene from the NBC show where she and Matthew had an emotional conversation.

The clip ended with the actor making a funny joke – a staple of his career as a comedian.

‘THIS ONE HAS CUT DEEP’

Jennifer added a lengthy caption to the post, reading: “Oh boy this one has cut deep… Having to say goodbye to our Matty has been an insane wave of emotions that I’ve never experienced before.

“We all experience loss at some point in our lives. Loss of life or loss of love. Being able to really SIT in this grief allows you to feel the moments of joy and graтιтude for having loved someone that deep.

“And we loved him deeply. He was such a part of our DNA. We were always the 6 of us. This was a chosen family that forever changed the course of who we were and what our path was going to be.”

She continued: “For Matty, he KNEW he loved to make people laugh. As he said himself, if he didn’t hear the ‘laugh’ he thought he was going to die. His life literally depended on it. And boy did he succeed in doing just that.

“He made all of us laugh. And laugh hard. In the last couple of weeks, I’ve been pouring over our texts to one another. Laughing and crying then laughing again.

“I’ll keep them forever and ever. I found one text that he sent me out of nowhere one day. It says it all. (See the second slide…). “Matty, I love you so much and I know you are now completely at peace and out of any pain.

“I talk to you every day… sometimes I can almost hear you saying, ‘Could you BE any crazier?’ “Rest little brother. You always made my day…” she closed.

The cast of Friends is set to reunite at the Emmy Awards in January to pay tribute to Matthew.
