Is It Just Me Or Are Daisy Edgar-Jones And Kendall Jenner Morphing Styles?
It’s a truth universally known that the more time you spend with someone, the more your behaviours, bodies (read: periods) and general appearance can start to sync. Just think of Rihanna and ASAP Rocky’s increasingly matching aesthetics, or the Beckhams’ long-time penchant for co-ordinating looks. In the case of Kendall Jenner and Daisy Edgar-Jones, however, it seems it’s their time spent with mutual stylist Dani Michelle that’s starting to take effect.
Allow me to explain… Edgar-Jones has seriously stepped up her fashion game in recent months, spotted out and about promoting upcoming film Twisters in everything from a sleek brown leather Gucci ensemble to a modern and slightly sultry take on the grey three-piece suit courtesy of Philosophy. To help her dress the part, the British actress has enlisted the help of celebrity super-stylist Dani Michelle – longtime friend and dresser of none other than Kendall Jenner.
As a result, I’ve found myself doing a double take more than once when scrolling Instagram and spotting Edgar-Jones’ polished, high-fashion looks of late – but it was one in particular that had me wondering whether she is actually morphing into the supermodel, style-wise at least.
The look in question is one the British actress shared a few hours ago on Instagram: a light brown, Western-inspired mini jumpsuit complete with chunky leather belt and slingback heels, for the press tour’s Texan leg.
It’s only natural that sharing a stylist would mean sharing similar fashion preferences, but it can’t just be me who can totally imagine KJ rocking this exact same ‘fit.
Are the two actively sharing notes and references, or is this merely a side-effect of sharing a stylist? Only time will tell…
