Megyn Kelly slams Kim Kardashian taking GLAM SQUAD to DMV – and says her billion dollar brand is ‘all about sucking in your fat so you look better’

Megyn Kelly has slammed Kim Kardashian after watching a clip of the reality star at a DMV dithering over her license pH๏τo with her glam squad. 

The talk show host says she objects on ‘so many levels’ to Kim’s ‘vapid vanity’ after the clip showed the team critiquing the first picture before taking another.

‘I can’t stand her for all sorts of reasons. It’s not personal, I don’t think she’s evil, I just hate what she represents,’ Kelly told her viewers at the top of the segment.

The former Fox host branded the latest clip from ‘The Kardashians’ showed that all Kim cares about is her appearance. ‘Even her billion dollar brand is all about sucking in your fat so you can look better,’ Kelly said.

Jason Whitlock from BlazeTV, a guest on The Megyn Kelly Show, appeared equally unimpressed. He said while the 42-year-old is a ‘beautiful woman’, the traits she holds on the inside are ‘unattractive’.

He said: ‘She’s got two stylists with her, they obviously shut down the DMV or leave it open late for her, and she has them take two or three pictures – she’s not satisfied with the first one.

‘This is a mental illness to be this obsessed with your driver’s license pH๏τo and your appearance at all times, and then you think about it, how often does Kim Kardashian drive?

‘She’s a billionaire, she gets driven around everywhere, part of this is gimmick for the Kardashian TV show, but this sort of obsession with your looks is a mental illness.

‘I’m not someone that’s going to sit here and argue and say “Kim Kardashian’s not attractive”, because she is attractive. But this level of obsession, her spirit, her mentality, is very unattractive.’

As they rolled the footage, from her ‘The Kardashians’ Hulu show, the mom-of-four and her stylist pals were seen parading about an empty pH๏τo licensing agency.

She entered the empty DMV office, seemingly coming in after closing time, as she tells the employees, ‘Hi thank you guys for staying open’.  ‘Wait until I’m not smiling,’ Kim is heard telling the clerk as she readied herself for the first pH๏τo.

The DMV worker snapped a picture – but the first image wasn’t good enough. ‘Come on guys we all need to approve this,’ she says with her team, who agreed she needed another take.

While certain the second pH๏τo looks identical to the first, they settle on picture taken during round two.

‘We trusted our instincts. First is the worst, second is the best,’ Kim says.  Kelly appeared lost for words after watching the clip.

‘Oh my God. That is stomach turning. She’s all about appearances. That’s the only thing that matters to her. That’s it,’ she vented.

‘Even her billion dollar brand is all about sucking in your fat so you can look better.

‘That’s her contribution to the world. I’m not saying it’s bad, but that’s where she’s making her money – looking at herself and encouraging young girls of America and around the world to look at themselves and have other people look at them instead of listen to them. Because when you listen for 20 seconds, you’re revolted at the banal emptiness that is the shell of that woman.’

Whitlock shared his disappointment, saying it’s a ‘dangerous message to send to young girls’.

Elsewhere in the episode, when asked by producers what they’re doing today, hairstylist Chris Appleton says, ‘Today we are out with Kim and we are getting her driving license picture ready. But it’s a big deal because you have to live with it for a long time.’

Appleton and makeup artist Ariel Tejada are seen getting Kim ready for the shoot, as Tejada is heard saying, ‘Five years is a long time.’ Appleton adds, ‘Too many people live with driving licenses which are not cute, so we need to make sure it’s right.’

‘And no matter where Kim goes, me and Ariel have got her back,’ Appleton adds, giving the makeup artist a high five with a laugh.

A producer tells Kim – while she’s getting makeup applied by Tejada – ‘I love that you’re glamming the pH๏τo.’

It’s not the first time Kim has been called out by Kelly, last year labelling her ‘narcissistic’ after she was booed at the Los Angeles Rams game.

The former Today host, 51, said the country was ‘getting sick of vain, “rules don’t apply to me” stars’ such when discussing the weekend’s incident in which the SKIMS founder was heckled after appearing on the Jumbotron.

Speaking on podcast, The Megyn Kelly Show, with political commentator Andrew Sullivan about his piece on the death of Queen Elizabeth II, Megyn reflected on how the general public used to idolise royalty rather than the ‘false Gods’ of the Kardashians.

Kelly said of Kim: ‘I don’t think she is a bad person but I hate what she’s come to stand for and what she represents.

Referencing the star’s recent $1.26million fine by the SEC for failing to disclose that she was paid $250,000 to promote a cryptocurrency on Instagram, Kelly added: ‘So, I believe the reason they booed Kim Kardashian is because the country’s getting sick of narcissistic, vain, self-promotional, “rules do not apply to me” type of people, like her, like Meghan Markle.

‘And I do think one of the reasons it’s in the ether is because the death of the Queen and the reminder of what used to be, what once was, what we used to once revere versus this false god of money, and materialism, and selfie culture, and weird decisions on extreme plastic surgery that one refuses to acknowledge infecting it into the bloodstream of our little ones and so on.’
