Millie Court reveals she sought therapy after her split from Liam Reardon as the couple detail the strain put on their relationship by life after Love Island

Millie Court and Liam Reardon have opened up about the reasons for their split last year and the part that Love Island played, in their first joint interview since getting back together.

The reality stars won the seventh series of the hit ITV2 show in 2021 and embarked on a year-long relationship, before splitting in July 2022.

However, speculation began to build this year that they had reconciled with the pair eventually confirming their romance was back on.Millie revealed that moving into their £1 million EsSєx mansion together in November 2021, just three months after winning the show, was a mistake that damaged their relationship.

She admitted: ‘That was hard. That was something we felt like we had to do because Liam lived in Wales, so it was like how are we going to make our relationship work with you so far away.

‘Looking back, moving in together that quickly was probably the wrong thing to do and it was better having that time apart and missing each other and going on dates and doing things that normal people do.’

Liam added: ‘If you weren’t on Love Island and saw someone for a few weeks and then all of sudden you up and moved country to be with them – you just wouldn’t do it. My family would have something to say.’
