Shakira finalizes Pique break-up: Shared company administrator departs

Shakira continues to take steps towards her definitive break-up with Gerard Pique. The latest example is that the administrator status of lawyer Ferran Vilaseca has been revoked at Fire Rabbit SL, a real estate management company owned by the former couple.

This means that Shakira is now the sole boss of the company, as Vilaseca, who works with Pique in several companies, including Kosmos, has ceased to be in charge.

The company was owned by Shakira and Pique after they decided to purchase it when they went to live together in Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona.

Another company that could have changed hands is Barcelona Two&Two SL, whose majority shareholder is Kerad Holding, one of Pique’s large companies.

It was managed by Joan Pique Rovira, his father, and everything suggests that it has become part of the Pique family in its entirety.

And, as if that were not enough, Shakira has also appointed a new lawyer. It is none other than Enrique Pecourt Gozalbez, a lawyer from Barcelona specialized in civil and tax law and the brother of Jorge Pecourt, one of the lawyers hired by Lionel Messi when he was preparing his departure from Barcelona.

Yet, Gozalbez may not be involved with the break-up, as Shakira has an open case with the Spanish Treasury for various tax offenses and that might be his focus.
