Gigi Hadid’s Practical Flats Are From the Luxe Brand Taylor Swift Wears

Gigi Hadid consistently delivers winning ensembles, whether she’s wearing a ʙuттon-up shirt and casual jeans or a designer mini dress with fall-perfect loafers. But the model just took it to the next level by combining three of fashion’s biggest trends in one outfit.
Hadid wore the coolest take on a casual outfit while out and about during Paris Fashion Week. What immediately caught my attention was an oversized leather jacket from Mango, which she layered over an uncomplicated gray crop top. Fellow supermodel Hailey Bieber has worn similar pilot-like toppers on countless occasions, proving just how big leather coats are, yet again, for 2023. There’s also never been a better time to style the cool-girl silhouette; the heavyweight material keeps you warm during chilly fall days, while the material, especially faux leather, lets any potential rain roll right off.
Hadid didn’t stop there. She reached for the maxi skirt style that just about everyone in Hollywood is wearing. Katie Holmes, Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lopez, and more stars can’t stop dressing up — and dressing down — the ankle-grazing separate, and I have a feeling it’s because of its comfortable fit and versatility. But, I have to say, the best part about maxi skirts is how simple they are to style. Pair it with heeled cowboy boots for a boho approach, or wear it with a sleek turtleneck bodysuit. There’s no wrong way to spice it up.
To take the look home, Hadid slipped on a pair of black, bow-adorned ballerina flats from Mansur Gavriel, a luxe Italian brand Swift wears on repeat, too. This isn’t the first time Hadid has worn these flats, though. She styled the same pair back in August, making me want to try out a similar iterationASAP. Not to mention, flats have made a big comeback this year, with Kate Middleton, Emma Roberts, and more adding the comfortable shoes to their wardrobes. Hadid tied everything together with a slim black bag, oval shades, and a classic New York Yankees baseball cap.
