Jennifer Lopez keeps it casual in T-shirt and jeans while out shopping for furniture for her and Ben Affleck’s new $60 MILLION mansion in Beverly Hills
One month after dropping $60.85 million in cash on a fabulous Beverly Hills mansion, Jennifer Lopez was back out shopping to help decorate and fill the 12-bedroom and 24-bathroom property.
This time around the superstar performer made her way to world-famous Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles without husband Ben Affleck in hopes of finding perfect items for their new posh home.
Spotted in the midst of her hunt with a friend, Lopez looked serious and focused while browsing around a furniture store.
She opted to go with a casual look for her shopping trip in faded blue jeans and a white t-shirt that read: ‘Never too late’ across the front of it. The Bronx, New York native also donned a pair of brown Timberland boots and designer sunglᴀsses.
She took off her shades in order to get a better look at the countless furniture and decor options inside the designer store. The wife of Ben Affleck looked to be wearing minimal makeup and wore her caramel colored hair in soft curls.
She was accompanied by a female pal and several bodyguards. The Jenny From The Block singer — who’s poised to release her ninth studio album – This Is Me… Now over the summer — has been focused on filling the space in the new home she shares with Ben.
They snapped up the 46,000 square-foot mansion four weeks ago that sits on five-acres and also has a 5,000 square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker house, and a two-bedroom guard house on the grounds.
The modern day perks include a cinema, wine room, whiskey lounge, a sauna and mᴀssage room, and a spa with a hair and nail salon, according to TMZ.
There’s also a full gym inside a ‘one-of-a-kind’ indoor sports complex that boasts courts for basketball, pickleball, and a boxing ring. While paying nearly $61 million for a new home is an incredible amount of money, the power couple still ended up getting a great deal.
It turns out the property was listed for $135 million in 2018, and then re-listed for $75 million this year.
Lopez, who married Affleck in two ceremonies last year, would also take to her Instagram page later in the afternoon on Friday to promote her Delolo spritz cocktail company.
‘Who’s ready for the weekend! @delola #DelolaLife, she wrote in the caption of the video advertisement. The clip begins with a sH๏τ from high-over a beach that shows a slew of boats parked just over the coastline.
After a couple beauty sH๏τs of Mother Nature’s wonders, the focus turns to JLo, who looks fabulous sunbathing in a white swimsuit, as she holds on to a glᴀss of the Delola spritz drink.
It ends with a full-body sH๏τ taken above Lopez, who’s laying on her backside while wearing cool sunglᴀsses. Lopez founded Delola spritz cocktails with her business partner Benny Medina and global drinks veterans Ken Austin and Jenna Fagnan.
