However, for six years, Taylor seemed to have finally found stability alongside Joe Alwyn, an English actor whose views on privacy she had seemed to enjoy and benefit from. Nevertheless, the relationship has run its course and Taylor is single again.

However, despite their great compatibility, the couple hit a rough patch and split in April 2023, just months after rumors of getting engaged and wanting to be married had surfaced.

Before the purchase, in October 2022, the couple had rented a mansion together in Primrose Hill. Their new abode-to-be was a period house with a wine cellar and a garden.

However, after the two stars split, it is unsure whether either of them will be living in the mansion or if the sale will actually go through. It is also unlikely that Taylor will want to continue living in the UK, which is where she had spent the majority of the six years she was in a relationship with Joe.

Either way, Joe Alwyn does not appear to live on the property they bought.

Where Does Joe Alwyn Live Now?

Now that the two stars are no longer a couple, fans are wondering whether Joe Alwyn lives in the Primrose Hill mansion they rented together or has returned to his apartment in Crouch End.

Like many things about the secretive star, it is unknown whether he returned to any of these properties or he lives with his older brothers and parents in their family home overlooking Hampstead Heath.

After the breakup, many rumors swirled about both Joe and Taylor, including that Joe had a rebound relationship with Emma Laird. Because of how private Joe Alwyn is, it is unlikely that he would divulge his current living arrangements any more than he would discuss his new relationship or who he is dating.

Regardless of where Joe Alwyn will decide to live without Taylor Swift, one thing is clear. The pair is unlikely to discuss their plans now that the relationship is over and are focused on their careers and future plans.
