Kendall Jenner Has Gone Blonde

The supermodel shared the look in a surprise Instagram carousel

It’s hard to say whether blondes do actually have more fun, but Kendall Jenner might be able to tell us now that she’s undergone a major hair transformation.

All eyes have been on New York Fashion Week, but Jenner took the spotlight this afternoon, when she shared a surprise Instagram post in which she was seen rocking bright yellow locks. “Blonded,” the 818 Tequila founder wrote in her caption.

It wasn’t a totally stark transformation, like Billie Eilish’s blown-out ’do from 2021. Rather, Jenner opted for a more subtly bleached color, with a bit of her natural brown peeking out along the roots.

The model unveiled the color in pH๏τos that appeared to have been taken backstage at a pH๏τoshoot. While it’s unclear what Jenner was shooting for, she sported a chic summer uniform, which consisted of a black sweater paired with a matching leather jacket, as well as rectangular eyeglᴀsses and a headband in the same shade. Down low, she contrasted the all-black look with blue denim bottoms, and in a couple of the slides, she held her hair up with a colorful two-tone claw clip.

This isn’t the first time Jenner has experimented with her hair this month. Just last week, the reality star posed for a new Calvin Klein campaign, modeling pieces from the Fall 2024 womenswear collection. In the pH๏τos, Jenner rocked choppy short locks, emulating the bixie cut that dominated in the ’90s.

If one thing’s for sure, there’s no way to predict where Jenner’s hair will go next.
