Kendall Jenner is ‘not proud’ to admit she is addicted to social media

Kendall Jenner is one of the most followed stars on social media with the star amᴀssing 163 million followers on Instagram alone.

Her posts are often liked millions of times. In 2015, Kendall’s picture of her lying down with her hair splayed out into hearts was the most liked post on Instagram.

But she believes that craving likes can cause an addiction and she says this is a downside of the social media platforms.

Speaking on a new episode of Vogue’s Open Minded: Unpacking Anxiety series, the 25-year-old said: “My relationship with social media is a bit addictive right now, which I don’t like and I’m not proud to say that.

“But I also feel like that’s something that probably most of us can relate to.”

And she says this can have a huge effect on a person’s mental health, especially for those who use the platforms to promote their work.
