“I find it hard to wind down,” she explains.
It’s a chaotic world we live in, especially if you’re a world-renowned supermodel whose family films every controversial moment in their life for the sake of entertaining TV.

So fine, Kendall Jenner’s life isn’t exactly that relatable, but recently she shared a post about how she finds it hard to wind down during her time off, and that is something we can empathise with.

“I’ve had some down time these last couple days and sometimes I find it hard to wind down,” she began the Instagram post.

In all the craziness, Jenner has developed a routine of healthy habits that help to get her to, “be more present and quiet my mind”.

Her personal favourites include working out and nature walks, being with her ‘animal children’, meditation and her ‘sound bowls’, journaling and organising.

She posted the advice alongside a short video of her relaxing by the pool in the summer sunshine, having some quiet time with her sound bowls.

Similar to a Tibetan singing bowl, Jenner’s sound bowls are designed to release a beautiful noise and healing vibration to aid meditation.

“Go outside, pick up a new hobby, hug someone you love, keep a smile on yuh face!” Kendall said to her more than 240 million followers.

“Great thing are coming to you.”
