Naomi Campbell puts on a leggy display in Louis Vuitton mini dress as she shows off purple-streaked locks at Pharrell William’s debut PFW runway
Naomi Campbell showed her support for Louis Vuitton’s new creative director of menswear during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday.
The runway icon, 53, headed to Pharrell Williams’ debut show for the French fashion house on the Pont Neuf. Naomi, who was close with Pharrell’s late predecessor Virgil Abloh, repped the brand in head to toe Louis Vuitton.
She showed off her incredible legs in a logo print mini dress teamed with knee-high platform boots and a matching jacket.
One of the brand’s iconic bags was slung over her arm while she completed her look with a pop of purple in her long locks.
Naomi was spotted holding hands with fellow FROW guest Lenny Kravitz once inside. Last month Naomi hinted that close pal Lenny is her daughter’s godfather, as she wished him a happy birthday.
The supermodel took to Instagram to share a duo of snaps of her and the musician, 59, including one of the pair with her two-year-old daughter.
Captioning the sH๏τs, she wrote: ‘Happy birthday my darling @lennykravitz We love you brother/godfather, you are the ultimate rockstar. Blessings on your special day’.
Naomi has stayed mum as far as the idenтιтy of her daughter’s father is concerned and has never gone public with her little girl’s name either.
She and Lenny have been close friends for years and were even rumoured to have dated briefly in 2016, but neither of them has ever confirmed this.
In 2020, Lenny wished Naomi her own happy birthday when she turned 50, tweeting: ‘What a ride it has been and the best is on the horizon.
‘You have been a true friend and a sister. Continued blessings – Lenny’.
Naomi stunned fans by announcing the birth of her daughter in May 2021, just weeks after appearing on the New York Fashion Week runway without a visible baby bump.
She later insisted that her daughter was not adopted amid growing speculation regarding their biological parentage.
Meanwhile, Tuesday night’s celeb-packed crowd watched models striding across a runway to live music, parading pearl-embellished tracksuits.
An audience gathered along the Seine River craned to catch a glimpse of the show which continued LV’s approach of mixing street style with luxury.
‘I’m the second Black man to ever experience this on the planet, the biggest fashion house in the world,’ Pharrell said in an interview before the show, referring to his job since February.
The singer and producer, 50, ended months of speculation by filling the shoes of his friend Virgil Abloh who held the job from March 2018 until his death in November 2021.
