This girl is on fire! Kylie Jenner isn’t afraid to flaunt her physique to her hundreds of millions of Instagram followers — but who’s counting? The brunette beauty has been in the spotlight ever since she first appeared on Keeping Up With the Kardashians in 2007. Now, Kylie is a mom, a “self-made” almost-billionaire and a successful businesswoman, and she does it all while looking amazing.

Lately, the reality star has been transparent about her struggles with losing baby weight after giving birth to her second child, Wolf Webster. Although it’s not always easy, Kylie shows her dedication to staying in the game by posting videos of herself at the gym, showing other moms that it’s possible to get back on track.

Though

it is unclear exactly what the entrepreneur gets up to in the gym, we imagine her routine is probably similar to older sister Kim Kardashian‘s workout regimen. “We usually work out five days a week for about one hour, give or take,” the 41-year-old’s personal trainer, Melissa Alcantara, exclusively revealed to Life & Style in May 2020. A “typical day” for the Skims founder — who is on her fitness grind every day — is roughly “70 percent weights with 30 percent cardio.”

“We focus a lot on the basics with weight training, squats, bicep curls, tricep dips, lateral pull-downs, chest press,” the workout guru told the outlet while adding they “also incorporate high-intensity moves, like ball slams, burpees, sprints and ladder drills” to get the KKW Beauty founder’s heart rate pumping.

This isn’t the first time Kylie’s struggled with baby weight — after giving birth to her daughter in February 2018, the E! personality opened up about the difficulties of dealing with her post-childbirth body. “With Stormi, I feel like people think that I bounced back super fast,” Kylie explained to her then-best friend Jordyn Woods in a July 2018 YouTube video. “Which, I guess I did, and that everything’s so perfect and people will get the wrong idea on Instagram sometimes.”

“You know, my boobs are definitely three times the size which bothers me, I have stretch marks on my boobs, my stomach isn’t the same, my waist isn’t the same, my ʙuтт’s bigger, my thighs are bigger,” she continued in the clip. “I really want to gain my core back. I feel like I have fake abs right now. It’s just like genetics, but I want real abs. I know I can have a super fit body — and just for my health. I want to do this and I want to feel good.”

Kylie said something similar when her second kid Wolf was born, admitting to followers that she was “putting pressure” on herself to lose the baby weight. “This experience for me personally has been a little harder than with my daughter. It’s not easy mentally, physically, spiritually … it’s just crazy,” she said.

WORK IT
Kylie isn’t as obsessed with fitness as much as her sisters are. “I’ve been getting back into working out,” she told Harper’s BAZAAR in 2016. “I work out with [my sister] Kourtney [Kardashian] and her trainer, who is also Kanye West’s trainer. We work out for an hour.”

ON THAT FITNESS GRIND
“It’s hard, but it makes me feel good. Kourtney likes to blast music,” she added. “I’m really into Kanye’s new songs.”

SOME RESTRICTIONS
The California native also doesn’t eat dairy. “I didn’t realize I was lactose intolerant,” she previously told E! “And I love, like, cheese and everything, so I’m so mad. I was like, while I’m young, I might as well. I didn’t care about a diet or anything. But now, this last month, I’ve been working on it just for health reasons only.”

GREEN JUICE FOR DAYS
In February, the KUWTK starlet revealed to her followers what her diet routine is like. “I try and drink about 16 ounces in the morning and wait 30 minutes before eating,” she captioned a pH๏τo of her freshly juiced celery drink. “Celery contains high amounts of Vitamin C and K, as well as folate and potᴀssium and studies show that celery plays a role in fighting and preventing cancer and liver disease [reducing] inflammation and [boosting] cardiovascular health. Calms nerves, relieves migraines and promotes weight loss.”

“I drink it for the health benefits, not the weight loss but wanted to add that in there,” she continued about the green beverage. Then, Kylie drinks her coffee, which she supplements with a coconut milk-based collagen creamer.

BASIC BREAKFAST
The makeup mogul complained that her morning meals are not the most exciting. “My breakfasts are boring right now because I eat the same thing every day,” she captioned a snap of eggs, smashed avocado and bacon.

GOALS
In February 2018, Kylie and her baby daddy, Travis Scott, welcomed their daughter, Stormi, into their lives. The mom of one revealed that she gained 40 pounds while pregnant, and on Snapchat she said she would like to lose 20 pounds.
