Pete Davidson cancels NYC performance 2 hours before showtime due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’

Pete Davidson canceled his comedy show two hours before showtime amid his mental health struggles.

New York’s Beacon Theatre took to their Instagram Story on Friday to notify fans of the last-minute cancelation due to “unforeseen circumstances.”

The comedian also shelved his show at the venue for Dec. 23. Meanwhile, Ticket Master’s website showed Davidson’s shows leading into the new year are also scrapped up until Jan. 6.

If all goes to plan, he will take the stage at the Premier Theater in Mashantucket, Ct.

The “Saturday Night Live” alum’s reps weren’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.

While it’s unclear why Davidson, 30, skipped out on his shows, several fans rushed to social media to express their disappointment.

“Was literally about to walk out the door for the pete davidson show just to see it was canceled 2.5 hours before the show started….. rip this week is not going my way,” a fan attending the NYC show tweeted.

“Was excited to see Pete Davidson tonight but his show just got canceled,” another chimed in.

The “King of Staten Island” actor — who initially set out on tour in September — made headlines last month when he shouted “f–k you” to an audience member for violating his no-phone policy during his stand-up routine.

The heated moment lasted seconds as fans are aware the comedian has battled with his mental health this past year. Page Six exclusively reported in June that he checked himself into rehab in Pennsylvania for his struggles with borderline personality disorder and PTSD,

“Pete regularly goes to rehab for ‘tune ups’ and to take a mental break, so that’s what’s happening,” a source told US.

Only a few weeks before, Davidson snapped at the head of PETA after the animal rights group slammed him for purchasing a puppy from a pet store.

A foul-mouthed voicemail obtained by Page Six revealed the comedian told Daphna Nachminovitch, the senior VP of cruelty investigations, “F–k you and suck my d–k.”

He explained he’s “severely allergic to dogs” and simply can’t adopt any breed. “My mom’s f–king dog who is 2 years old died a week before so we’re all so sad, so I had to get a specific dog” he said, adding the dog was for his mom.

“So why don’t you do your research before you f–king create news stories for people because you’re boring.”

The “Bupkis” star was also charged over the summer for reckless driving after he drove his car into a Beverly Hills, Calif., home while driving with his ex-girlfriend Chase Sui Wonders in March.

Davidson — who entered an 18-month diversion program for his first accident — also crashed his car a second time while leaving his comedy show in Los Angeles in October.

Meanwhile, the actor has been keeping busy with his girlfriend Madelyn Cline, whom he’s been dating since October.
