Selena Gomez’s inner circle reportedly thinks Benny Blanco romance could be ‘long-lasting’: She’s ‘very at home’

The heart wants what it wants.

Selena Gomez’s close friends reportedly believe she and Benny Blanco are in it for the long haul. “[She] feels very at home and at ease with Benny,” an insider told “Entertainment Tonight” Thursday.

“Their friends, family and loved ones on both sides are all supportive and happy to see what they think could be an amazing and long-lasting relationship between the two of them.”

The couple — who were secretly together for six months before revealing their romance last month — are head over heels for each other, the source added.

“Benny finds Selena to be brilliant beyond belief,” they said. “He thinks she is extremely talented, genuine, sweet and intelligent.

“He respects everything that she stands for and admires her ability to speak her personal truths and share what she’s gone through with the world.” Meanwhile, the “Only Murders in the Building” star “appreciates the music producer’s intellect, overall pᴀssion in life, his art, dedication, and values.”

The insider explained, “He’s very respectful and meshes well with everyone in her inner circle.” Gomez, 31, and Blanco, 35, have continued to flaunt their relationship since going public in mid-December.

The “Same Old Love” songstress confessed to dating the music producer while responding to reports about their romance on Instagram.

“He’s still better than anyone I’ve ever been with. Facts,” she wrote in the comments of a post. “He has treated me better than any human being on this planet.”

Within days, Gomez and Blanco went Instagram-official as the actress posted a sweet snap of the pair cuddled up. They’ve since been seen out together, including in New York City for Taylor Swift’s 34th birthday bash last month.

The “Wolves” hitmaker later commemorated her trip to the Big Apple with a black-and-white pH๏τo of herself and Blanco packing on the PDA.

Most recently, Gomez shared a picture of herself and Blanco smooching backstage at the Golden Globes 2024 after she lost the award for Best Actress in a Television Series.

She appeared unfazed by the loss as she simply captioned the image, “I won.”

Following rumors of drama at the awards ceremony, the Disney Channel alum announced Tuesday that she would be taking another break from social media to focus on “what really matters,” including Blanco and her family.
