Shakira responds to Bad Bunny’s lyrics on his latest song: Let’s work together then

It has only been a few days since Bad Bunny released his album ‘Nadie sabe lo que va a pasar manana’ and, of course, the music world is analyzing every detail of the 22 songs that make up the album.

One of those who has made note of the lyrics is Shakira. That’s because on one his hits, ‘Los Pits’, Bad Bunny refers to a verse from her hit with Bizarrap: “Women don’t cry, women bill”.

Bad Bunny wanted to use that phrase and sang: “Now men cry, yes, but they keep on making money.”

The lyrics from the song were shared by Shakira herself on her social media, specifically on her Instagram account, where she used her wit and showed that she took the singer’s phrase in stride.

In one of her recent stories, Shakira wrote to Bad Bunny and asked him to seize the moment and setup a possible collaboration.

“Let’s make money together, then” the Colombian wrote on her official profile, showing that she is willing to perform a song with the Puerto Rican.

Alfonso Arus jokes about Shakira’s response to Bad Bunny
All this was talked about on ‘Aruser@s’, the morning show of La Sexta hosted by Alfonso Arus. There was no shortage of jokes on the exchange between the two.

But he hasn’t said anything about them paying taxes?”, the presenter asked. For Arus, if Bad Bunny hasn’t said anything about that, “he can’t get angry.”

“The rich also cry and some pay taxes,” Arus continued as he joked about the problems the Colombian is facing in Spain, with prosecutors accusing her of tax fraud. A trial is pending and is scheduled for November 20 at the Barcelona Court.
