Shakira to Headline Copa América USA 2024 Final
Music superstar, Shakira, has been announced as the headline performer at the 2024 CONMEBOL Copa America USA tournament on Sunday, July 14th. The championship final will be played at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.
“Shakira is an extraordinary South American star who has dazzled the entire world. We are sure that her performance at the Copa América USA 2024 will enhance the message of healthy pᴀssion and unity through sport,” said CONMEBOL President Alejandro Domínguez in a statement on Wednesday.
Shakira’s previous soccer event performances
Shakira is no stranger to major international soccer events. The singer has previously performed at the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa, the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, and the 2020 Super Bowl halftime show in Miami. Her mix of Latin music and pop rock at her live performances is awaited by the expected crowd of 54,000 fans attending the Copa America final

Copa América final
The 2024 Copa America final will have Argentina play against the winning team between Uruguay and Colombia in the semi-final match. Shakira will take to the stage for her performance during the 15-minute halftime.
