Harry Styles showed off his toned and inked physique while getting a sweat on during a training session on Monday.
The singer, 29, donned a pair of eye-catching blue running shorts and a black bum bag around his waist. He completed the look with yellow trainers, a baseball cap and sunglᴀsses.
The One Direction star was seen with his personal trainer Brad Gould as they worked out together amid the H๏τ weather in north London.
Gould is a strength and conditioning coach who has helped the As It Was hitmaker achieve his famous six-pack abs and stay in shape while on the road.
He’s also accompanied Styles, 29, during the Australian leg of his tour and a number of award shows, including the 2023 Brit Awards where he flashed his abs onstage.
The PT hails from Bournemouth, a coastal town in the south of England and roughly a two-hour drive south-west of London.
It comes amid his sold-out tour and his final run of shows across England, Ireland, Wales and mainland Europe. He will play Cardiff’s Principality Stadium tomorrow.
The tour is set to conclude at RCF Arena in Reggio Emilia, in northern Italy, on July 22.
At Wembley, which with 90,000 seats is the largest stadium in the UK and the second-largest in Europe, he played four shows last week.
A host of celebrities went to see Harry, such as Spice Girls Emma Bunton and Mel C. Many will have been treated like VIPs by Club Wembley, taking advantage of the hospitality packages, VIP tickets and private boxes.
Ahead of his shows in Edinburgh, the star booked into his H๏τel under the name Oliver Sudden, which is believed to be a twist on the expression ‘all of a sudden’.
This could refer to how Harry’s life changed overnight when he took part in now-defunct ITV reality show The X Factor.
A source at the H๏τel said: ‘We all had a right giggle when we saw the name – it took a while to work out what it meant.
‘Harry is so famous though that he has to use a different name when checking in or it would be carnage for him with his fans who follow him wherever they know he is.’
Harry has reportedly been growing close to Victoria’s Secret model Candice Swanepoel, 34, following his split from director Olivia Wilde.
And in an exclusive video from MailOnline, Harry was seen pᴀssionately kissing Emily Ratajkowski, 31, on the streets of Tokyo in March.
The pair were seen dancing with each other as they stood alongside a silver people carrier while sheltering from the rain under an umbrella.
They shared a number of pᴀssionate kisses on the street outside, appearing to not care who saw them while in full view of onlookers.
At the time, it was reported Harry moved on from his two-year relationship with Olivia, 39, with someone else, although the mystery lady was not identified at the time.
Harry and Olivia went their separate ways in November after they found they had ‘different priorities that are keeping them apart’.
The singer has forged a reputation for celebrating diversity and inclusivity during his numerous shows, with fans often encouraged to proclaim their Sєxuality, propose to respective partners and even duet with the singer as he tours the globe.
