And Stᴀssie Karanikolaou didn’t let her injury put her down as she posed with her cast for a series of sizzling Instagram posts on Monday.

Kylie Jenner’s BFF, 23, was at her best as she showcased her toned figure in a lace two-piece by Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty.

The bombshell ensured focus remained on her frame as she swept her tresses away from her face and into a bun, while wearing glamorous make-up which complemented her naturally stunning features.

The social media star recently told fans she had snapped her tibia bone in three places and her fibula in half in a mystery accident.

Spending time in bed with her leg elevated and in a cast, the media personality looked upset as she wrote she has ‘never been in more pain.’

The model appeared to have hurt herself during Halloween, although it’s unclear exactly when she sustained the injury as she partied with friends at multiple bashes.

Following the incident, the LA native explained: ‘broke my foot in 2 different places last night.

‘I’ve never been in more pain. i broke my tibia in 3 places and my fibula in half (sic).’
