Taylor Swift Is the Best-Dressed Wedding Guest in a Lacy Black Skirt Set
Taylor Swift just put her elegant spin on rehearsal-dinner dressing.
The pop star stepped out yesterday evening for her longtime collaborator Jack Antonoff and actress Margaret Qualley’s pre-wedding event in New Jersey. For the occasion, the singer looked lovely in a scallop lace two-piece ensemble from Hill House Home, comprised of a black bandeau top and matching maxi skirt. The short top revealed a sliver of her abdomen, while the skirt included a cinched waist and an unlined lace hem.
She elevated the ensemble with a pair of glittering gold heeled sandals by Stuart Weitzman, as well as a dainty gold body chain which peeked out from under the skirt set. Further accessories included matching gold hand chains, an array of rings, and small gold hoops with diamond pendants.
The star styled her blond hair in a simple bun, paired with a bright red lip.
Swift joined several other celebrity guests at the star-studded affair, including mother-of-the-bride Andie MacDowell, Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum, Lana Del Ray, and Cara Delevingne, per Page Six. The Once Upon a Time…In Hollywood actress and the Bleachers singer—who has co-written and co-produced several songs with Swift—are expected to marry on Saturday after two years of dating.
The “Lavender Haze” singer has been showing off her low-key street style in Manhattan between Eras Tour stops. Last month, she revived an early-2000s staple, pairing a blue denim asymmetrical skort with a frilly white eyelet top and tan Mary Jane loafers. And in April, she stepped out in an all-white spring look composed of a eyelet bustier top and a matching midi skirt, accessorizing with strappy sand-colored sandals and sky-blue quartz earrings.
