We Dissected Every Item in That Taylor Swift-Jack Antonoff Kitchen PH๏τo

It’s not often that we agree with the phrase, “celebrities: they’re just like us!” but every now and then, something happens that sparks a bit of rapport and understanding. Case in point: Jack Antonoff recently posted a snap of Taylor Swift in his kitchen in New York City (stars, they hang out in the kitchen too!). The post by the songwriter and record producer was timed to coincide with the release of their song “You’re Losing Me” finally becoming available to stream, which is a long-awaited moment for devoted Swifties everywhere. Though fans are undoubtedly excited to have a new Taylor Swift song to sing in the shower, they were quick to point out pretty much every questionable item behind her in Antonoff’s kitchen—namely, the compact Nespresso machine.

One person commented, “I’m actively hating on Nespresso. Mr Coffee would be a more respectable choice,” and another said, “If I was that rich, I’d be one of those freaks who get their whole house routed for commercial espresso machines.”

Swifties came for more than just the Nespresso. They also called out the giant sticker on the iconic Le Creuset kettle on the stove. “The sticker still on the kettle is such a nasty tell,” one commenter wrote. In fact, in response to another Le Creuset owner’s question on X asking about the infamous sticker, the brand actually responded with: “The sticker is not meant to be left on during use and should be discarded with the rest of the packaging.”

Antonoff’s kitchen isn’t all bad, though! There are plenty of coveted goodies throughout, including a set of copper cookware and splatter-decorated dishes. Whether or not he and his wife actress Margaret Qualley are avid cooks is still up for debate, but we can only ᴀssume that, based on their pots and pans, they know a thing or two about whipping up some tasty treats. Copper cookware is often much more expensive than its stainless steel or cast iron counterparts because the glossy material allows heat to spread evenly, which makes food cook uniformly and quickly. As for the couple’s dishes, they’re definitely a stylish conversation starter that are proudly on display atop the floating shelves.

No matter how many laughs this pH๏τo may get, we’re here for the kitchen essentials—even the Nespresso, which, say what you will, but “Nespresso is a pretty good cup of coffee tbh,” one commenter added. We’re in agreement. As for the other products, consider them already in our carts.
