Why Miley Cyrus and Maxx Morando Don’t Have Marriage on ‘Their Radar’

Miley Cyrus and her boyfriend Maxx Morando have been dating since early 2022, but according to a source speaking with Us Magazine, they are very happy with their relationship status. No marriage plans are on the horizon, despite the fact that Cyrus’ family gets along great with Morando.
“[Miley’s mom] Tish [Cyrus] adores him and thinks they complement each other perfectly,” the source said, adding that though they spend a lot of time with the Cyrus family, starting their own family or having a wedding ceremony isn’t “even on their radar.”
The insider continued, “Miley is fully content with where her life is. She’s in love with Maxx and feels so fulfilled with her family and career.”
The source explained that Cyrus is a “hopeless romantic,” and things are going great with the relationship.
“They are loving their life in Malibu and have grown even closer since moving in together [earlier] this year,” the source said, adding they “are doing amazing and are more in love than ever.”
In a March 2023 interview with British Vogue, Cyrus shared that she and Morando met for the first time when they were set up on a date.
“We got put on a blind date. Well, it was blind for me and not really for him. I thought, ‘The worst that can happen is I leave,’” she shared.
The pair have reportedly been living together since at least early 2024, with a source confirming the move to People in February.
“She is very happy with him,” the source said at the time. “Miley has changed a lot in the past couple of years. She seems more calm and harmonious. Everyone loves Maxx. He’s a great guy. She is very happy with him. He’s private and doesn’t like being in the press. It’s been good for her.”
